- Kenneth W. Johnson, 92, of Lincoln, IL, passed away
on Monday, March 3, 2025, at St. Clara’s Senior Care.

A graveside service for Kenneth will be held at a
later date at Irish Grove Cemetery.

Obituary
Kenneth W. Johnson, 92, of Lincoln,
IL, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, at St.
Clara’s Senior Care.
Kenneth was born September 9, 1932, in Sullivan, IL,
the son of William and Gladys (Giertz) Johnson. He
married Clara Jane Bennett on April 15, 1953, in
Lincoln.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Linda (Randy)
Rodems; daughter-in-law, Diane Johnson; six
grandchildren, Brad, Bret, Kenny, Paul, Michelle,
Chris; nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers,
Robert Johnson, William Johnson, Jack Johnson;
sister, Patricia Schmock; two sons, Jerry Boward and
David Johnson; and his daughter-in-law, Debbie
Boward. |
A graveside service for Kenneth will
be held at a later date at Irish Grove Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in his name to the Middletown
United Methodist Church or the Middletown American
Legion. Cremation rites have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL.
